Growing up, I loved watching my grandmother make Spanish food from scratch for the whole family using her favorite measurement of choice – "un poco" (translation: "a little bit"). Inspired by her cooking, I began developing my own recipes. Here at Sweet Basil, you'll find classic Spanish recipes, European-inspired dishes with a twist, and some Latin-inspired recipes influenced by my love for South America
